1. When Refunds Are Allowed

Refund requests are accepted in the following cases:

  • Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed
  • Order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch
  • Product is out of stock after successful payment
  • Wrong product or damaged product is delivered

2. When Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Order has been delivered correctly as placed
  • Customer changes mind after successful delivery

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount is initiated within standard banking timelines and is generally credited within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Refund Method

All refunds are processed to the original payment source used at checkout, including UPI or Card transactions processed via PhonePe.
